Pick home teams in NCAA basketball, I usally look for strong teams against weaker opponents ( Temple tonight ). I also have a math formula, that works like this, you cross the points scored against the points given up. This system is 53-13 the last 6 years in NFL playoff games ( now it doesn't work as well with basketball, because they score points so quickly ) Say the Cowboys - 4 are playing the Eagles and they score on average 28 and give up 18 and the Eagles average 24 and 20......Cross the 28 and 20 and you get 24 for the Cowboys and cross the 24 and 18 and get 21 for the Eagles, hence, I would bet on the Eagles and hope they lose by a FG. My best , was a weekend during the 86' season, I bet $100 on 18 picks Sunday and bet $100 on the side, the over and a teaser on Monday night. I went 15-3 on Sunday and 3-0 on Monday, winning $1470. NOW, the funny thing is, my bookie told me I was crazy, that I should put it all on one game, this so called lock he was betting on, well he lost $1100 on it. The moral to the story, is never ever listen to anyone else, make your own selections !!
